                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 7431,
                   7443, AND 7455 COMMONS BOULEVARD, BEING ON THE
                   NORTHEAST LINE OF COMMONS BOULEVARD SOUTHEAST
                   OF GUNBARREL ROAD, FROM O-1 OFFICE ZONE TO C-2
                   CONVENIENCE COMMERCIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
                A tract of land located at 7431, 7443, and 7455
                Commons Boulevard, being on the northeast line of
                Commons Boulevard southeast of Gunbarrel Road.  Lot
                6, Gunbarrel Commons, as shown by plat of record in
                plat book 54, page 194, ROHC, and all that part of
                lots 4 and 5, Corrective Plat, Revised Lot 2 and
                Final Plat, Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot 5, Gunbarrel Commons,
                as shown by plat of record in plat book 54, page
                44, ROHC, which is currently zoned O-1; being part
                of the property described in deed book 3308, page
                782, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 149I-B-1.21, 1.22, and
                1.23.
               
               
               
         from O-1 Office Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
